WHO CAN COMPETE
The Soccer Skills Competition is open to boys and girls athletes, competing individually in a skill challenges to qualify for the All-star game finals.
Age Divisions
Boys and girls compete separately.
Athletes may represent their club, school, or community. Club affiliation is not required.
FORMAT
A combine skills challenge with an Olympic-style point system that qualifies competitors to play in the All-star finals to crown a VFA Champion. This allows fair play that will give every competitor a chance to advance without complete dominance over any skill challenge.
DAY1- June 24th 2026
Every competitor will go through a set of Soccer Combine-style obstacles and skill challenges where club coaches and private trainers will judge competitors through an Olympic-style point system, and each competitor will gain points to advance to the finals based on their individual conditional, technical, and physical skills.
DAY2- June 25th 2026
Every competitor will be placed in “teams” to compete in small-sided games according to their day 1 points (1v1, 3v3, 5v5, goalkeeper challenges) with a time limit and goal max for every small-sided game. Qualifying points will based on team chemistry, creativity, and tactical skills.
DAY3- June 26th 2026
Each competitor, after the first two days will have an accumulated number of points, and those top qualifiers will then advance to the All-star finals to crown a VFA Champion. Each age bracket will hold a final between two teams, with each team being selected by a random draw of all qualified competitors per respected age bracket.

Day 1 : June 24, Wednesday- Skill challenges.
Day 2: June 25, Thursday- Small-sided games.
Day 3 June 26, Friday- All-star game finals.
HOURS:
Days one and two time slots consist of two, four hour durations, check ins at 7am and skill challenges from 8am-12pm and 5pm-9pm.
Day three will be the All-star game finals ONLY, check-ins at 7am and games from 8am-11am.
