WHO CAN COMPETE
- Divisions:
- Age 8-10 | No DUPR – 3.0 (Beginner)
- Age 11-12 | No DUPR – 3.0 (Beginner)
- Age 8-12 | 3.0-4.0 (Intermediate)
- Age 13-16 | No DUPR – 3.0 (Beginner)
- Age 13-16 | 3.0-4.0 (Intermediate)
- Age 18U | 4.0+ (Advanced)
- Doubles Only. Teams may be boy/boy, girl/girl, or co-ed.
- Doubles partners will play in the division of the highest skill and oldest age.
- A free DUPR account is required for participation in this event. Complete details available on registration page.
- Players are automatically registered into their doubles DUPR division category for clinic and doubles.
- Players can register as a team or register individually to be paired with another free agent. Teams are confirmed only when both athletes are registered and select each other. Unpartnered individuals at the close of registration will be partnered closely matched age/skill partners, as available. If no suitable partner is available the player will be removed from the event and given a full refund.
- All players must have basic gameplay knowledge, how to serve, rally, and keep score.
- No prior tournament experience is required, but this is a competitive event.
Format
Wednesday June 24: 90-minute Skills Clinic ( 60min grouped by age/skill) + Open Play (30 min), utilizing 9 courts
- Age 8-10 | No DUPR – 3.0 (Beginner) | 9:00-10:30 am
- Age 11-12 | No DUPR – 3.0 (Beginner) | 1:00-2:30p
- Age 8-12 | 3.0-4.0 (Intermediate) | 1:00-2:30p
- Age 13-16 | No DUPR – 3.0 (Beginner) | 11:00a-12:30p
- Age 13-16 | 3.0-4.0 (Intermediate) | 11:00a-12:30p
- Age 18U | 4.0+ (Elite) | 9:00-10:30 am
Thursday June 25: Doubles Competition with a minimum 4 games per player (approximately 3 hours of play). Round robin pool play (Games to 15), with playoffs (semis & finals)
