ABOUT THE COMPETITION
The Boxing competition at Vegas Summer Games 2026 gives youth athletes the chance to step into the ring and showcase their skill, discipline, and determination.
Whether you train at a boxing gym, with a coach, or are part of a youth program, this event is designed to be safe, competitive, and focused on growth. It’s a celebration of hard work, respect, and love for the sport.
WHO CAN COMPETE
Age Divisions:
10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U
Weight Divisions:
Boxers will be matched based on official USA Boxing weight classes within their age group. Final brackets are determined at weigh-ins before the event.
Safety Requirements:
- All athletes must pass a pre-bout physical exam.
- Headgear, mouthguard, and protective gear are mandatory.
- Coaches must be present in the corner for all matches.
FORMAT
- Matches are organized by weight class and skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- Single-elimination tournament structure.
- Matches consist of 3 rounds of 2 minutes each, with 1-minute rest intervals.
- Judges will score each match, and winners advance to the next round.
- Safety officials and referees will ensure fair play and adherence to all safety regulations.
